Dre Labelle is co-owner of the hospital. She has graduated of the Faculty of veterinary medicine of the University of Montréal in 1996, where she met Dr. DesRoches, her associate. She has worked in many veterinary clinics, including Hôpital Vétérinaire Ste-Rose from 2000 to 2003, before she came back in 2008. She then became co-owner of the hospital with Dr DesRoches. Her fields of interests are ultrasound and internal medicine.
Dr DesRoches is a graduate of the Faculty of veterinary medicine of the University of Montréal since 1996. He has practiced several years in the area of Sept-Îles before he became co-owner of the Hôpital Vétérinaire Ste-Rose with Dre Labelle in 2009. He has developped a special interest for surgery. In July 2012, he has voluntered in a sterilization program in Haïti.
Graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of veterinary medecine of the University of Montreal, she completed an internship of one year at the small animal clinic of the same faculty, which enabled her to gain an exceptionnal clinical expertise. Thereafter, she practiced in some clinics the north shore of Montreal to finally join our team. Her area of expertise is surgery.
Marie-Andrée is part of Hôpital Vétérinaire Ste-Rose's team since January 1st 2001. She loves to assist in surgery and do technical acts, such as blood works and put down catheters. She has a passion for the medical laboratory.
Karine has graduated from the technique in animal health of Cégep Lionel-Groulx in 2005. She has done her final courses at the Hôpital Vétérinaire Ste-Rose and is a full-time employee since then. She is the owner of 5 cats and 2 dogs, mainly animals that were rescued from the hospital!
Anne has completed her technique in animal health at the Cégep of St-Félicien in 2008. The same year, she has passed the ENTSA exam and has become a certified technician. She has worked 3 years in the Saguenay area to come back in the city of her childhood in June 2011. She works with us since then. She has an interest in nutrition and feline behaviour.
Marie-Christine has received her animal health technician diploma from the Cégep de Lionel Groulx in 2001. After her graduation, she started to work at the Clinique Vétérinaire des Mille-Îles until the closing down in 2012. She is part of the Hôpital Vétérinaire Ste-Rose team since April 2012. She has developed interest in canine and feline behaviour and in nutrition.
Sylvie works at our hospital since many years. She remembers her first day as if it was yesterday, but it was actually October 18 1988! She has a diploma in office automation from the Collège CDI in Montreal. She is passionate of dogs and customer service.
Anne-Sophie has bee owrking with us since the Autumn 2013. She is currently studying nutrition at the University of Montreal. She wishes to pursue her studies in veterinary medecine. Her two horses, three dogs and four cats reflect her great love for animals.
Nicole is the Hospital administrator since the arrival of the new owners in 2009. She is responsable of the accounting and the management. She is also always ready to listen to the employees!
Falbala (alias bala) was born in 2000. She has joined the team at the age of 5 weeks old, because her previous owner couldn't take care of her. She has grown up at the hospital and became the official mascot. Be careful if you try to pat her, she is only kind when she wants!
Cristal is our second mascot. She has joined the team in 2009 because her previous owner couldn't take care of her anymore. She was born in 2001. She adapts really well to her new environment and you can see her walking around at the reception desk looking to be pat!
