COVID-19

For the safety of our customers and employees, preventive measures have been put in place to reduce the risk of contagion of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). In this sense, we solicit your collaboration, since we had to make changes to our usual operating mode.

Please note that only one person per animal is allowed in the hospital. Your veterinarian will welcome you in the consultation room, however you will not be able to be present during the examination of your pet. You will meet with the veterinarian after the examination of your animal to receive explanations.
Wearing a mask is mandatory in the hospital.

In case of symptoms Covid-19

If you have symptoms such as fever, coughing or breathing difficulties, if you have tested positive for Covid-19, it is important to have a friend or family member come in your place.

Prescription refills

We ask that you call 24 hours in advance to have the medication prepared.

Need food for your pet

We ask that you please call ahead to have your products prepared and paid for.
